Making a difference on a larger scale | Growth through Purpose – A bright hopeful future

I am passionate about supporting and enhancing the growth of other people, and I’m lit up by being in service of others.

I completed an Accredited Coach Training Programme with Barefoot Coaching – an experiential programme that has provided a wealth of knowledge in a variety of coaching strategies, tools, and techniques.

I have a wealth of experience working in large technology and telecommunications companies (e.g. HP, Vodafone, IBM) in a variety of leadership roles, spanning two decades, coaching and mentoring technology leaders and teams, leading large scale change projects.

In addition to growing my Professional Coaching skill set, my most recent Corporate role was as an Associate Director, Culture Transformation & Engagement (at Kyndryl) – a role with Employee Engagement at its core – inspired to lead change that enhances other people’s lives.

Inclusion is very important to me – focusing on inspiring people to work together, so that everyone feels part of the solution and their well-being improves as a result.

I am passionate about Well-being, proud to have launched and chaired a Well-being Inclusive Network at Kyndryl, as well as being a listening volunteer with Samaritans – a role that continues to give back to others as well as fine tuning my listening skills.

I have experienced first-hand the impact of coaching. Having been coached both individually and in group coaching, I transformed my job to align with my values and passions. This journey led me to shift my focus to Engagement & Well-being, then to wider business and people transformation, and ultimately, a career dedicated to people transformation.

Anything less than aligning to my mission (Well-being, Coaching, Thriving) and going ‘all-in’ wasn’t accepting who I am and the change I wish to facilitate in the world.

I recognise that when I am well, and when I thrive, I have the ability to support others through that same journey, thriving myself at the same time.
