What drives you? What is on offer?

I’m driven by the opportunity to do more for the well-being of others, to support people in finding a fulfilling path and to fan the flames of it. To be a catalyst for change, helping people access their own wisdom, helping them to find what they are looking for, a lower energy pathway to get there, with support.

My own journey has been one of knowing that I wanted change, but not what change I was looking for, or how to get there, or at times seeing what I already had. With the support of coaching, leaning into what lit me up, cultivating that progress, spotting the signs that were hidden from view, helped me to get to clarity – the “This is what you want to do!” moment.

This inspires me to work with people who know they would like change, are looking for help in surfacing the details, and are looking for support along the way.

I know that taking small steps towards change and bringing to view the progress along the way really improved my well-being and sense of purpose.

I saw that it was about enjoying the journey, as well as having a destination in mind.

I expanded networks, met new and interesting people, travelled to new places around the world, put life in perspective, and embraced ‘the wonder of possibility’.

I found ways to do more of what I loved (in an existing role, a new role, and then a new career), to create a legacy I can be proud of (most recent examples – putting people at the Heart of Progress with a focus on employee engagement, launching and chairing a Well-being network, and featuring in a video in support of the Samaritans).

These give me the momentum to continue doing more of that, to continue giving back. To keep in mind the ripple effect – happier individuals leading to more fulfilling relationships leading to a more wholesome environment.

Helping people to see that they are innately well, whole, and complete; letting the sun shine through the clouds; a space to slow down and access/reconnect to their own wisdom; that’s the offer.

Co-creating what works. In-person or online. A number of sessions. Starting with a discovery exercise. Including the opportunity to work outdoors – walking can be helpful to untangle the mind, with nature offering the potential to see things differently. An opportunity for people to nurture their sense of aliveness, to cultivate that and create a life they desire.
