It’s been refreshing to see how when people spend time with me as their coach they leave feeling inspired, invigorated, and refreshed, with their next steps clearer. Feeling lighter as a result.

And to then get the messages celebrating the actions they have then taken towards their desires leaves me feeling the same way.

In this video I share my thoughts behind my coaching programme, Let The Sun Shine Through, and why this feels such an appropriate title for the journey.

The idea that the Wisdom, the answers, they were already there. And how, working together, looking together at the dream, the problem, the idea, the wisdom shines through, the next steps clear, the Sun illuminating the path forwards.

I love that I get to go on that journey together with people. And that it is about helping their brilliance, already there, shine through even more brightly.

I talk, too, about the power of our partnership being like a Catalytic reaction – lighting the spark of progress, letting the power of creativity and wisdom through – again, not leaving anything behind but the energy to move towards.
